Le premier rapport du CNEFOP sur le Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle (CEP) et le Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF)

Numero_VertLe Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle (CEP) et le Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) sont deux des nouveaux droits créés par la loi du 5 mars 2014 portant réforme de la formation professionnelle sur lesquels le Conseil National pour l’Emploi, la Formation et l’Orientation Professionnels (CNEFOP) a l’obligation de rédiger un rapport annuel sur le CPF transmis au parlement chaque année en juin et un rapport annuel sur le CEP en application de son cahier des charges.
Pour ce premier rapport, le CNEFOP a choisi de rédiger un rapport commun. Son objectif est de rendre compte du suivi du déploiement du CEP et du CPF un an après le début de leur mise en place et de mettre en perspective les étapes qui restent à dépasser pour atteindre les objectifs de la réforme.
Au terme des travaux conduits au sein des commissions du CNEFOP tout au long de l’année 2015 ainsi que des auditions réalisées début 2016 auprès des principaux acteurs du CEP et du CPF, le Conseil, réuni en configuration plénière le 12 avril 2016 a adopté 46 recommandations.
