Une communauté de métier à l'attention des Conseillers en Evolution Professionnelle

Dans ce contexte, la future communauté de métier digitale CEP, à l’attention exclusive des professionnels en charge de la délivrance de ce service et des agents des CARIF-OREF en charge de la professionnalisation a 3 objectifs principaux :

Appuyer et faciliter la mutualisation et le partage des pratiques entre professionnels des différents réseaux,
Recenser les besoins des professionnels et apporter des ressources et expertises régionales et nationales en appui à la délivrance de ce service et aux actes métiers des professionnels (vidéo et textes d’experts, information et ressources diverses),
Faciliter à partir des deux points précédents la professionnalisation au fil de l’eau et le développement du service de Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle A cette fin la communauté de métier CEP s’appui pour sa mise en œuvre sur l’Université Ouverte de Compétences, le réseau des CARIF-OREF, le Centre Inffo et les têtes de réseaux, opérateurs du Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle.

Trois régions dont la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, avec l’appui du CARIF Espace Compétences, ont été choisies pour expérimenter la communauté.
Après une première phase de construction et d’expérimentation au premier trimestre 2016 en appui sur un nombre limité de professionnels (une trentaine), la communauté de métier des Conseillers en Evolution Professionnelle sera accessible à partir de ce site dès le second trimestre 2016. SPRFPA - PACA - Communautés digitales

La loi du 5 Mars 2014 relative à la formation professionnelle, à l’emploi et à la démocratie sociale à instauré la mise en oeuvre du Service Public Régional d’Orientation (SPRO) et du Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle.
Dès 2015, la Région en appui sur le CARIF EC a mis en oeuvre en Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, à l'attention du public et des professionnels, un service d'information à distance dans le cadre du SPRO et du premier niveau du CEP. Voir l'article...
