Les sciences cognitives, reines des sciences ?

Placées sous le feu des projecteurs, les sciences cognitives sont parfois implicitement et naïvement présentées comme permettant une approche scientifique et dégagée d’enjeux idéologiques de l’éducation ou d’autres pratiques, ce qui ne constitue ni plus ni moins qu’une variante de scientisme. Car rien ne garantit a priori la neutralité des sciences cognitives, que l’on considère les différents usages que l’on peut en faire, leurs effets potentiels, ou les présupposés qui sous-tendent leurs méthodes et principes explicatifs.
