Des acteurs ligériens à l’origine de projets innovants et au service de l’inclusion dans l’emploi seront présents et à votre écoute. Des partages d’expériences d’entreprises animeront la journée.
Et au-delà des objectifs de ce temps fort ponctué par ces ateliers, l’ensemble des démarches présentées à la Jite 2019 permettra de révéler comment le fait de favoriser l’inclusion et la sécurisation des parcours des personnes éloignées de l’emploi contribue à la compétitivité des entreprises, notamment des TPE/PME. Après une formation sanitaire et sociale, un accès rapide à l'emploi mais parfois fragile

Six à huit mois après avoir suivi une formation sanitaire et sociale, neuf répondants sur dix occupent un emploi, qu’ils ont trouvé en moins de trois mois pour la plupart. Plus d’un tiers d’entre eux bénéficie d’un emploi à durée indéterminée. Le travail de nuit, les horaires décalés ou encore le temps partiel sont une composante non négligeable des conditions de travail des répondants. Welcome to the weekly readers, who have missed out on the great move to the new system. Today I flex it a bit, beginning with this page, which lists the most popular ten links from the last week. You'll also see the beginnings of my rating system, not fully operational (use the 'Back' button after you vote) but generally functional. Also, if you mouse over the author's name and the publication, you'll notice that they, too, are links to pages featuring links from those respective sources. This is still just the beginning of the new functionality - what we went through this week was much more than a design change. I'll update the code listings before I leave for Britain on Sunday (but again, this is still very much a work in progress).
