I hadn't seen this before Daniel Lemire sent me an email, but there's still plenty of time to get your submissions in - the deadline is October 31, 2005. Basically, the question is whether Canada's Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council should institute a process of open archiving, or as the email says, "Should SSHRC adopt a regulation requiring that one copy of all research results be deposited in an institutional repository? Should such a regulation apply to all forms of research outputs". More...

Lutte contre l’illettrisme : les journées nationales en préparation

Comme chaque année, du 8 au 15 septembre 2019 aura lieu la 6e édition des Journées nationales d’action contre l’illettrisme (JNAI). Pour les préparer, les acteurs de la lutte contre l’illettrisme (formateurs, institutions…) étaient invités de mars à mai 2019 à des rencontres d’information et de mobilisation. Pour les Pays de la Loire, ils étaient réunis, le 23 avril, à l’invitation de l’Agence nationale de lutte contre l’illettrisme (ANLCI) et du Cafoc de Nantes, engagé depuis plus de 25 ans sur ces questions dans la région.
