Posted . Many OECD countries have been facing a prolonged period of low growth and stagnating income of the poorest. This challenges governments’ fiscal redistribution, all the more so in a context where new forms of work are calling into question the effectiveness of traditional social safety nets and population ageing is putting pressure on public finances. Yet, the system of taxes and transfers that underpins social protection is a fundamental pillar of an inclusive growth policy agenda that aims at sharing the benefits of growth more equally. In spite of millions of young people pursuing university education, fewer than one in three young Americans successfully attain a bachelor’s degree, while millions of good middle-skills jobs go begging because of our failure to build programs to equip young people with the skills and credentials to fill them. Flood watch on the river Seine: A return to 1910?
It has been a wet winter in Paris and the River Seine is rising fast: 2 cm, or about an inch, every hour. This will bring the Seine to a little over six metres, as measured by the Austerlitz monitoring station or, as Parisians will tell you, up to the thighs of the Le Zouave statue on the Pont de l’Alma (our photo). Trust in parliament
People who are more satisfied with democracy are also those who trust their assembly of elected representatives more. Switzerland and the Nordic countries, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, show the greatest satisfaction with democracy and highest level of trust in their parliament, whereas southern and eastern European countries such as Italy, Portugal and Slovenia trust their elected representatives less and are less satisfied with democracy overall. Formation des professeurs de musique : accès aux concours d'entrée en formation initiale ou continue
Le certificat d'aptitude aux fonctions de professeur de musique (CA) a été réformé en juillet 2016 (voir notre info). Une modification réglementaire redéfinit les conditions d'accès aux concours d'admission en formations initiales et continues préparatoires.
Le concours d'entrée en formation continue est ouvert aux candidats titulaires d'un DEPM, ou d'un CA, ou d'un DNSPM ou d'un diplôme validant un 1er cycle d'enseignement supérieur en musique, ou d'un bachelor ou d'un master en musique.
