L’obligation d’emploi des travailleurs handicapés en 2016 - Légère hausse du taux d’emploi direct en équivalent temps plein
Les modalités de la mise en œuvre de l’obligation sont variées parmi les établissements assujettis : 8 % versent uniquement une contribution financière à l’Agefiph, tandis que 80 % emploient directement au moins un bénéficiaire de l’OETH. Le recours à l’emploi direct croît avec la taille de l’établissement et varie selon le secteur d’activité.
En 2016, parmi les 45 900 bénéficiaires recrutés pour la première fois dans un établissement assujetti, trois sur dix sont embauchés en CDI.
