L’autonomie vue par les demandeurs d’emploi

L’autonomie est un enjeu majeur des politiques publiques, notamment en matière de recherche d’emploi.
Un demandeur d’emploi autonome a davantage de chances de retrouver un poste plus rapidement.
Si cette notion est très utilisée notamment au sein du service public de l’emploi, sa définition n’est pas toujours perçue de la même manière.
Pour documenter les partenaires sociaux sur cette question, l’Unédic a interrogé des demandeurs d’emploi sur leur conception de l’autonomie.
Qu’est-ce qu’être autonome selon eux ?
Comment l’autonomie est-elle définie par les demandeurs d’emploi ? Quels sont leurs besoins ?
