When UKCISA published its Broadening our Horizons report in 2004 - the first in a decade on the experiences of international students in the UK - we found that some 87% were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of their experiences in UK HE.
Some said this was a good result, as indeed it was, although others asked how a global brand such as Apple or Vodaphone would feel if 13% of their customers were dissatisfied with their product. More...

This week David Cameron is visiting Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia to increase trade and collaboration with the UK. Higher education will feature as one of the UK's leading exports.   
The region is key for UK universities with over 40,000 students from ASEAN member states currently studying in the UK and over 100,000 studying for UK qualifications in their home countries. The Prime Minister's official visit coincides with the region's formalisation of greater economic, political and socio-cultural integration, including the establishment of an ASEAN higher education area. Classement Global : Aix-Marseille Université se maintient
Cette année, Aix-Marseille Université se maintient au niveau mondial dans les tranches 101-150 et 5-6 au niveau national. Aix-Marseille Université progresse dans plusieurs critères et domaines scientifiques.
Aix-Marseille université est dans le Top 100 mondial pour les critères PUB (nombre de publications) et PCP (indicateur de performance).

Domaines scientifiques (ARWU FIELDS)
Aix-Marseille Université est la seule université avec l’université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC - Paris) à se positionner dans 4 domaines sur 5, aucune université française étant classée en Sciences Sociales.

Disciplines scientifiques : progression significative en mathématiques
Concernant les disciplines scientifiques (ARWU-Subject), Aix-Marseille Université enregistre une forte poussée de 22 places en Mathématiques en se positionnant au 25^e rang mondial, 3^e rang national, avec deux publications « highly cited papers » dans le Web Of Science (WOS) en 2014. Par ailleurs, Aix-Marseille Université se situe dans la tranche 101-150 en physique avec une diminution de 50% des articles les plus cités.
Ces progressions d’Aix-Marseille Université confirment également l’apport de la fondation A*midex par le financement de nombreux projets innovants et l’essor de chercheurs talentueux.
