Les femmes travaillant dans la fonction publique gagnent en moyenne 12 % de salaire de moins que leurs homologues masculins, révèle une étude sur les écarts de rémunération entre les deux sexes réalisée par le ministère de la Fonction publique et le Défenseur des droits.
