Plan 500 000 formations supplémentaires en Pays de la Loire : une personne sur deux en emploi six mois après la formation

Orientation Pays de la LoireÉvaluer le plan 500 000 formations supplémentaires en région Pays de la Loire c’est s’interroger sur l’atteinte des objectifs des différents dispositifs mobilisés à cet  effet. Les résultats de l’enquête menée auprès de 8 373 stagiaires six mois après leur formation et présentés ici permettent  d’apporter un premier éclairage sur ce sujet. Il en ressort que la nature du dispositif influe fortement sur le retour à l’emploi mais aussi que de nombreux  freins  persistent, en particulier ceux  liés à l’âge, l’ancienneté d’inscription  sur  les  listes de Pôle Emploi ou encore le niveau de diplôme.
