Plus de 3 actifs sur 5 (61,2%) envisagent d’effectuer une formation pour faire évoluer leur carrière dans les 5 ans à venir mais 63,3% estiment qu’il est assez difficile voire très difficile de trouver des informations pour orienter sa carrière. Le Plan d'investissement dans les compétences mobilisé pour la formation des salariés de l’IAE
Suite à des travaux engagés par le ministère du Travail avec les réseaux de IAE, les OPCA et Pôle emploi, un accord national a été signé le 28 mai 2018 en présence de Muriel Pénicaud, ministre du Travail.
Reprenant l’une des recommandations du rapport Borello, Muriel Pénicaud a souhaité que le Plan d’investissement dans les compétences soit mobilisé pour la formation des salariés de l’Insertion par l'Activité Economique.
