The Minnesota Department of Education partnered with Regional Educational Laboratory Midwest to redesign the state’s teacher supply and demand study in order to increase its utility for stakeholders. This report summarizes the four-step process that was followed in redesigning the study, focusing on the state data sources and analytic methods that can address stakeholders’ research questions. Because many data elements used in the study are common across states, the process described may help stakeholders in other states improve their studies of teacher supply and demand. More...

This project concluded in December 2016. Through a collaboration with a research team led by Sheffield Hallam University, we published:

• a final report on the development of a set of tools, including a statistical model, to help universities evaluate the impact of their financial support packages
• an accompanying technical workbook to guide universities through the process of implementing this model.

The first ERA-NET Cofund actions were evaluated by an Expert Group in view of the interim evaluation of Horizon 2020. The Expert Group was set up by the Commission with the mandate to perform an assessment of the first ERA-NET Cofund actions with the purpose:
- to take stock of the experiences in preparing and implementing ERA-NET Cofund,
- to identify critical issues that need to be addressed and if necessary propose adjustments, and
