La nouvelle convention d’assurance chômage est signée

Les partenaires sociaux ont adopté et signé le 14 avril 2017 la convention d’assurance chômage, suite au protocole d'accord du 28 mars dernier (voir notre info). Cette convention ainsi que le règlement général, ses annexes et accords d'application, ont été signés par la CPME, le Medef, et l’U2P ainsi que par la CFDT, la CFE-CGC, la CFTC, et FO.
A noter, outre l'abondement CPF des 50-54 ans et la prolongation du versement de l'AREF pour les 53 ans et plus (voir le protocole), les signataires souhaitent une entrée plus rapide en formation. Un délai moyen de 4 mois sera discuté lors de la renégociation de la Convention Etat-Unédic-Pôle emploi. Lire la convention et le règlement général du 14 avril 2014. Voir l'article...

Aide aux étudiants de la Grande Ecole du numérique

Une aide peut être accordée aux personnes inscrites dans les formations labellisées Grande Ecole du numérique. Elles peuvent être soit diplômées à la recherche d'un emploi ou en reconversion, soit dépourvues de qualification professionnelle ou d'un titre ou diplôme.
L'aide, prévue par la loi sur la République numérique (voir notre info), est à demander au CROUS. Elle est versée pour la durée de la formation, sous conditions d'assiduité et soumission au contrôle des connaissances.

Formation des accueillants familiaux

Les accueillant familiaux accueillent à leur domicile, à titre onéreux, certaines personnes âgées ou handicapées adultes n'appartenant pas à leur famille. La loi du 28/12/15 a prévu un agrément préalable du conseil départemental, accordé sous conditions, notamment de suivre une formation initiale et continue et une initiation aux gestes de secourisme.
Un décret fixe modalités et procédures de cette formation, à compter du 1er juillet 2017.

Kiplinger’s Best College Values 2017,published in February, rank US universities and colleges according to the quality of education provided plus their affordability. Russian Round University Ranking

The latest edition of Round University Ranking has been published. This ranking is produced by the Moscow based RUR Agency and uses information supplied by Clarivate Analytics that includes statistical data submitted by institutions, bibliometric data from the Web of Science Core Collection, and an academic reputation survey with over 10,000 respondents. Regional Ranking Seminar in Budapest

Etvos Lorand University (member of IREG Observatory) organized a regional seminar “Universities on Crossroads of National and Global Rankings” in Budapest on 31 March 2017 to discuss the meaning and usefulness of global and national rankings for higher education systems in smaller countries with limited number of universities. While positions at the top of global rankings seem out of reach for these universities, they feel a need to compare themselves against institutions and faculties not only in their own countries but also with their counterparts in other countries and especially within the region. Malaysia aims for top 100 Ranking

Malaysia’s leading university, Universiti Malaya (UM), has announced its intention of breaking into the top 100 in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings. Nature Index Shows a Decline in Japanese Research

Nature Index has published a supplement on Japan indicating that the country’s research output has stagnated over the last few years both relatively and absolutely.
