L’Université Fédérale de Minas Gerais (UFMG) en partenariat avec l’Ambassade de France au Brésil lancent la troisième édition de l’appel à candidatures des chaires pour professeurs ou chercheurs d’établissements d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche français dans l’Etat de Minas Gerais.
Le programme des Chaires franco-brésiliennes à l’UFMG permet l’accueil – dans toutes les disciplines – de professeurs ou de chercheurs d’établissements d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche français pour une durée supérieure à 45 jours et inférieure à 4 mois durant la période entre le début d’août mi-décembre 2016. By @BozenaPajak. French and Spanish are in tight competition: French is one of the top two languages in 58% of all countries, and Spanish — in 46% of the countries. But in terms of the overall number of users, Spanish wins: it is studied by 17% of all Duolingo users, compared to only 11% for French. French also has a bit of an unfair advantage in that it’s available on Duolingo from two more languages than Spanish is.
Are French and Spanish popular in different parts of the world? Figures 4 and 5 show the percentage of Duolingo users per country learning French and Spanish, respectively. For French, the darkest regions are in Africa: In Nigeria and Sierra Leone, French is studied by over half of Duolingo users. For Spanish, on the other hand, the darkest regions are in North America and the English-speaking countries in the Caribbean. La Suisse est, selon le dernier classement du World Economic Forum, le pays le plus compétitif au monde. La qualité de sa main d’oeuvre est souvent considérée comme un atout prépondérant, et le fonctionnement efficace de son système de formation joue un rôle crucial pour soutenir l’économie. A l’instar de l’Allemagne, ce pays mise sur la formation « duale », alliant savoirs théoriques et expérience pratique. Ces liens étroits tissés entre l’école et le monde économique permettent à la Suisse d’afficher un taux de chômage des jeunes parmi les plus bas au monde. Le succès de ce modèle repose sur trois piliers : une coopération tripartite efficace entre Etat, collectivités et partenaires sociaux ; une gestion du système au plus près des besoins du marché ; une formation en alternance privilégiant les passerelles et facilitant la mobilité. What have I learned about research universities and their place in American life?
