Chapitre Ier : Dispositions permanentes
Les dispositions du décret du 6 juin 1984 susvisé, dans leur rédaction antérieure au présent décret, continuent de s'appliquer aux procédures de recrutement, d'avancement et de promotion en cours et jusqu'à leur achèvement.
Les dispositions introduites à l'article 9 du décret du 6 juin 1984 susvisé par le 7° de l'article 7, celles introduites à l'article 9-1 du même décret par le 4° de l'article 8 et les dispositions de l'article 21 entrent en vigueur le 1er janvier 2015. Toutefois, ces dispositions ne s'appliquent pas aux procédures de recrutement, d'avancement et de promotion en cours à cette même date et jusqu'à leur achèvement.
A titre expérimental, les dispositions des deux dernières phrases du deuxième alinéa de l'article 49-2 du décret du 6 juin 1984 susvisé, dans leur rédaction issue du présent décret, ne sont pas applicables aux procédures de recrutement des professeurs des universités par les concours nationaux d'agrégation ouverts dans les sections 5 et 6 du Conseil national des universités dont la proclamation des résultats aura lieu en 2016, 2017, 2018 et 2019.
Au terme de l'expérimentation, un rapport d'évaluation établi par le Haut Conseil de l'évaluation de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche est remis au ministre chargé de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche. Cette évaluation porte notamment sur la mobilité des personnels recrutés par les établissements dans les disciplines concernées.
