La créativité serait une compétence susceptible d'être enseignée

Orientations : études, métiers, alternance, emploi, orientations scolairePour beaucoup, être créatif est un don de la nature… Et si cette compétence s'apprenait ? C'est ce que pensent de nombreux créatifs, interrogés par le magazine Fast Company. Mais cela demande du travail, notamment sur soi !

20 Colleges Are Picked for Effort on Competency-Based Education

Close to a million jobs related to ICT will go unfilled by 2020 if Europeans don’t have the digital skills that employers need. Give us your opinion on how we can improve the way we learn web skills in this online survey.
An online survey has been launched in order to gain inside information about the benefits of MOOCs and to examine how they can be further used to increase web talent in Europe. It is targeted at people who are interested in learning or teaching web skills through online or informal learning. Commissioner Andor at Cedefop: Youth guarantee a short-term relief and long-term investment in skills and employability

Cedefop - European Centre for the Development of Vocational TrainingEuropean Union (EU) Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion László Andor called his visit to Cedefop premises on 4 March ‘a very important experience’ and stated that ‘good vocational education and training systems are crucial for employment’.

Les préconisations portent surtout sur l’amélioration des compétences en vue d’une meilleure adaptation au marché du travail. Ces conclusions préconisent une approche plus innovante en matière d’éducation et de formation, et notamment l’intégration de formes numériques d’apprentissage dans l’enseignement traditionnel.

Institutions in nine states are experimenting with using papers and coursework—instead of tests—to judge whether students are learning skills employers need. University representatives from these states will develop standards for judging students’ critical thinking, problem solving, intercultural competence and more. These skills were determined to be what employees most value in graduates, says Carol Geary Schneider, president of the Association of American Colleges and Universities.
