« ….Le Socle de connaissances et de compétences professionnelles se définit comme étant l’ensemble des connaissances et compétences qu’un individu, quel que soit son métier ou son secteur professionnel, doit maîtriser totalement, afin de favoriser son employabilité et son accès à la formation professionnelle. Il fait l’objet d’une certification inscrite de droit à l’inventaire depuis février 2015.
Cette certification, dénommée « Cléa » est délivrée par le Comité paritaire interprofessionnel national pour l’emploi et la formation (COPANEF) sur la base d’un référentiel qu’il a établi. Le « Cléa » peut être obtenu par l’ensemble des dispositifs de formation professionnelle, dont le CPF… »
