Le Sénat a définitivement adopté, jeudi 27 février 2014, le projet de loi relatif à la formation professionnelle, à l'emploi et à la démocratie sociale, dans sa version issue de la CMP (commission mixte paritaire). Après le vote de l'Assemblée nationale la veille, le projet de loi est ainsi définitivement adopté par le Parlement après un examen mené en quatre semaines, selon une procédure accélérée.

The graduation rate at Monroe’s two New York campuses, in the Bronx and New Rochelle, is much higher than those at nearby community colleges. More than nine out of 10 of recent graduates tracked by the school in its latest survey either continued their education or found jobs; the survey was responded to by about 70 percent of graduating students, most of whom are low-income blacks and Latinos.
