Le décret sur la qualité des formations est publié
La loi Formation du 5 mars 2014 demande aux financeurs de formations (OPCA, OPACIF, Régions, Pôle emploi, Agefiph...) de s'assurer de la capacité des prestataires qu'ils financent, à dispenser une formation de qualité, sur la base de critères définis par un décret qui vient de paraître au JO.
Ces critères sont l'identification précise des objectifs de la formation et son adaptation au public formé ; l'adaptation des dispositifs d'accueil, de suivi pédagogique et d'évaluation aux publics de stagiaires ; l'adéquation des moyens pédagogiques, techniques et d'encadrement à l'offre de formation ; la qualification professionnelle et la formation continue des personnels chargés des formations ; les conditions d'information du public sur l'offre de formation, ses délais d'accès et les résultats obtenus et la prise en compte des appréciations rendues par les stagiaires.
Les financeurs devront inscrire sur un catalogue mis à la disposition du public les prestataires de formation qui remplissent les conditions ci-dessus, soit dans le cadre de leurs procédures internes d'évaluation, soit par la vérification que le prestataire bénéficie d'une certification ou d'un label inscrit sur une liste établie par le CNEFOP (liste des certifications ou labels dont les exigences sont conformes aux critères).

Plateforme des initiatives qui créent l'emploi dans les Territoires
Pour la deuxième année consécutive, le ministère du Travail a réuni de nombreux acteurs (partenaires sociaux, entreprises, associations, services publics de l’emploi…) lors d’une journée des initiatives territoriales pour l’emploi, le 1er juillet 2015.
Le ministère du travail, de l'emploi, de la formation professionnelle et du dialogue social (DGEFP) a souhaité valoriser ces initiatives sur un portail Web www.territoires-emploi.fr, qui vise à diffuser les bonnes pratiques entre territoires et faciliter la mise en relation entre porteurs de projets.
