En 2014, 8,3 % des demandeurs d’emploi inscrits en catégories A, B, C un mois donné sont sortis le mois suivant de ces catégories. Ce taux de sortie baisse de 0,1 point par rapport à 2013 et de 4 points par rapport à 2007.
Le taux de sortie pour reprise d’emploi atteint 3,6 % en moyenne en 2014. Il diminue de 0,3 point entre 2013 et 2014, poursuivant la baisse amorcée en 2012 après une période de stabilité de 2009 à 2011. Cette baisse concerne les hommes comme les femmes, les demandeurs d’emploi de longue durée comme ceux inscrits depuis moins longtemps et toutes les tranches d’âge, mais elle affecte davantage les seniors.
Les emplois durables, qui regroupent CDI, contrats de 6 mois ou plus et créations d’entreprise, sont majoritaires parmi les emplois occupés à la sortie (66 % en 2014, soit +3 points par rapport à 2013). Les CDI en représentent 33 %. Un peu plus d’un quart des emplois occupés à la sortie (27 %) sont à temps partiel.
En 2014, 40 % des sortants ayant repris un emploi salarié continuent néanmoins à rechercher un emploi (soit 6 points de plus qu’en 2007, mais 1 point de moins qu’en 2013), principalement parce qu’ils sont insatisfaits de la nature ou de la durée de leur contrat de travail.
