Le financement territorial de la R&T au cours de l'acte II de la décentralisation (2004-2014) - Note d'information n°7

Après une forte croissance de 2004 à 2009, les dépenses des collectivités territoriales en faveur de la recherche et du transfert de technologie (R&T), se stabilisent à 1,2 milliard d’euros (Md€) par an jusqu’en 2014. 28 % de ces financements sont inscrits aux contrats de projets/plan État-Région.

Journée autour de l'accueil des étudiants migrants

Lundi 26 septembre, 150 représentants d’établissements, du CNOUS mais également d’autres administrations impliquées (le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement International, le ministère de l’Intérieur, l'Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatride), des associations et des migrants étudiants ont participé à une journée d’échanges relative à l’accueil des migrants étudiants en France.
