L’ANFA, Association Nationale pour la Formation Automobile

LogoUn Organisme paritaire collecteur agréé (OPCA) est habilité par l'État. Structure à gestion paritaire, un OPCA finance la formation professionnelle continue d’une ou plusieurs branches, via les contributions financières des entreprises qui relèvent de son champ d'application. Si l’organisme est également habilité à collecter la taxe d’apprentissage, c’est un Organisme collecteur de la taxe d’apprentissage (OCTA).

Dans le secteur des services de l'automobile

L'ANFA bénéficie d'une double légitimité :

  • Les partenaires sociaux de la branche ont mandaté l’ANFA pour mettre en œuvre et décliner une politique de formation centrée sur le renouvellement de la population active et l’adaptation permanente des compétences des salariés.
  • Association loi de 1901 et fonds d’assurance formation, l’ANFA est agréée par l’Etat en tant qu’OPCA et OCTA.

Elle assure ainsi différentes actions, des services administratifs et financiers aux conseils et développement des compétences. Voir l'article...

From research, lectures and quizzes to collaboration, communication and homework, students are spending on average one third of their education time online using new mobile technologies according to a study released today by Intel Canada. Plans underway to change university entrance system

Eleven MyanmarThe current university entrance system is not liked by some young people who want to become students, but want to be able to select major subjects they prefer, observers say.
The system allows universities to choose an eligible candidate by assessing his or her prior subject and pass marks from the matriculation examination.
Plans are underway to change the system, because it upsets candidates who want to pick major subjects that they like. The entrance method will be changed in accord with a law the Union parliament will enact, but this is unlikely to be done in the 2014-15 academic year. More...

Bahraini students inject $13.5m into US economy

Gulf Daily NewsAs many as 459 Bahraini students studying in US universities and colleges have contributed $13.5 million to the US economy during 2012-2013.
These estimates are from Carian College Advisors, an education consultancy specialising in US Admissions guidance, and are based on the 2013 Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange, released by the Institute of International Education (IIE) in partnership with the US Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
'The number of Bahraini students studying in the US stood at 459 students in the 2012-13 academic year,' Carian College Advisors managing director Peter Davos said. More...

Top South African universities in BRICS ranking

The University of Cape Town has once again been ranked as the top South African university in the QS University BRICS rankings.
The institute was ranked 9th overall across all BRICS universities, with a score of 84.9, tied with UniCamp in Brazil.
Wits, which was ranked SA’s top university in the recent Center for World University Rankings (CWUR), found itself second to UCT, ranked 31st overall, with a score of 72.1. More...

Universities to charge uniform fees for East Africans

By Innocent Anguyo. GOVERNMENT has ordered all the six public universities in Uganda to charge uniform fees for Ugandans and foreigners from the other East African countries of Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
The public universities include Makerere, Kyambogo, Gulu, Muni, Busitema and Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST).
The six universities admitted a total of 40,000 students, including those from the other East African states for the 2014/2015 academic year. More...

Cette volonté de reconnaitre les compétences et la qualification des salariés se traduit notamment par le développement et la création de certifications professionnelles (CQP ou Titres).
Depuis 2001, les différentes branches professionnelles des professions libérales déploient, avec le soutien technique d'Actalians, des démarches d’accès à ces certifications par la Validation des acquis de l’expérience (VAE).

Avec le soutien d'Actalians, votre entreprise ou établissement peut obtenir des aides publiques (Europe, Etat, Région, Département…) pour la formation de vos salariés. Parmi ces aides :

Le FNE-Formation
Dans un contexte de difficultés économiques, aider les entreprises à maintenir les emplois et éviter les licenciements économiques.
Sont visées en priorité les entreprises de moins de 250 salariés. Les salariés concernés en premier lieu sont ceux les plus exposés à la perte de leur emploi, de faible niveau de qualification par rapport aux besoins du marché du travail sur leur bassin d'emploi, ou exposés au chômage partiel.
