UIL is partnering with the Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE) to develop insights into the context, educational needs and aspirations of young marginalized women in Indonesia, the Philippines and Timor-Leste. The sixth international action research workshop on measuring literacy programme participants’ learning outcomes (RAMAA) was held in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire from 4 to 6 May 2015.
