OLBI’s Annual Report for 2013-2014 - Highlights relating to the ECML
The Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI) remains the Canadian contact point for the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) of the Council of Europe. It coordinates the participation of Canadian experts in ECML projects within the current programme ‘Learning through Languages 2012-2015’ and regularly exhibits teaching and research publications of the ECML and of its own research groups, during annual conferences and events.
OLBI’s Director Richard Clément (*) participated in the ECML conference on “Quality education and language competences for 21st century society: traditions, challenges and visions” (19-20 March 2014, in Graz, Austria). (p. 16)
