Formation Continue du Supérieur

Die 22. LEARNTEC ist am heutigen Donnerstag erfolgreich zu Ende gegangen. 6.685 internationale Fachbesucher (2013: 6.068 Besucher) zog es an den drei Veranstaltungstagen in die Messe Karlsruhe.
LEARNTEC Kongress und Fachmesse haben 2014 gezeigt, dass die digitale Revolution der Bildung nicht nur bevorsteht sondern im Gange ist und wie sie aktiv gestaltet werden muss. Durch die enge Verzahnung von Messe und Kongress standen insbesondere Praxis-Beispiele im Vordergrund.

Praktycy i badacze mogą dowiedzieć się, w jaki sposób wprowadzić i zastosować w praktyce narzędzie SLA zainstalowane w formie wtyczki.

« Investir dans l'éducation et la formation est le meilleur placement pour l'avenir de l'Europe » affirmait Androulla Vassiliou, la commissaire européenne à l'éducation, à la culture, au multilinguisme et à la jeunesse à l'occasion de la proposition du futur programme « Erasmus pour tous » le 23 novembre 2011.
Le programme sera nommé Erasmus+, suite à l'accord trouvé le 26 juin 2013.
Ce programme qui sera lancé fin 2013 devrait permettre à plus de 4 millions de citoyens de vivre une expérience de mobilité européenne entre 2014 et 2020. Il proposera une approche intégrée et simplifiée à travers trois actions clés : la mobilité, la coopération et le soutien aux réformes politiques. Le programme, résolument inscrit dans la stratégie « Europe 2020 » en matière de croissance, d'emploi et d'innovation permettra de renforcer les compétences de tous, de favoriser le développement personnel et d'améliorer l'aptitude à l'emploi, un défi majeur dans une Europe en crise.
Erasmus+ devrait être doté de 14.8 milliards € pour 7 ans soit 40% de plus que les programmes actuels.
Cette nouvelle programmation a vocation à encourager la participation de toutes les formes d'organisations actives dans les domaines de l'éducation, l'enseignement supérieur, la formation professionnelle, la jeunesse et le sport. Elle se veut également plus ouverte sur le reste du monde avec la possibilité d'associer des partenaires de pays tiers de l'Union européenne à la construction des projets de mobilité et de partenariat stratégique.

A HEFCE report which analyses the latest Participation of Local Areas classification (known as POLAR3) concludes that neighbourhood wards are an accurate geography by which to measure young participation rates in higher education (HE).
The report also shows that young people entering higher education (HE) from more disadvantaged areas are more likely to study part-time, and to attend an institution closer to home, than entrants from more advantaged areas [Notes 1-3].
It assesses the extent to which wards might conceal pockets of young people in smaller (‘sub-ward’) areas with substantially different rates of young participation. This is assessed nationally, as well as for different regions of the UK, and types of area (urban or rural). More...

OFFA and HEFCE will not be requesting strategies for access and student success from higher education providers as planned.
Instead:

• institutions wishing to charge home/EU students more than the basic fee will need to submit an access agreement for 2015-16 to OFFA
• HEFCE will require a submission from all institutions that are in receipt of HEFCE Student Opportunity funding.

We have jointly taken this decision because of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills’ unexpected delay in sending HEFCE’s grant letter, and because we appreciate that institutions need to make progress with their access and student success plans, which must be approved by the Director of Fair Access to Higher Education.
