Assurance qualité

AERES« Nouveaux défis de l’assurance qualité : des ESG 2.0 aux MOOCs », tel est le thème du premier colloque international du Réseau Francophone d’Agences Qualité « Réseau FR » co-organisé par ses membres le 9 février 2015, à l’Ecole des Mines de Nancy. Ce réseau, récemment créé par l’AERES, la CTI, l’OAQ et l’ AEQES, a pour objectif de favoriser leur collaboration par l’échange de bonnes pratiques et le développement de projets communs.

Revised European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) endorsed by the BFUG

The revised version of the “Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area”, commonly known as ESG  has been endorsed by the Bologna Follow-Up Group (BFUG) in September 2014.
Now it is subjected to approval by the Ministerial Conference in May 2015, Yerevan (Armenia).
This revised version was proposed by the E4 Group (ENQA, ESU, EUA and EURASHE) in cooperation with EI, BUSINESSEUROPE and EQAR, following the mandate given in the Bucharest Communiqué by the ministers. The revision included several consultation rounds involving both the key stakeholder organisations and ministries. Second ALISIOS workshop tackles research collaboration with Brazil and enhancing the quality of mobility

LogoEuropean agencies and associations managing the Brazilian Science without Borders (SwB) programme joined over 100 representatives of Brazilian universities and other international partners in Recife, Brazil, on 14 October, to further discuss and enhance Brazilian and European research and higher education exchange, a primary objective of the project ALISIOS* (Academic Links and Strategies for the Internationalisation of the Higher Education Sector).
Held in conjunction with the 6th International Seminar and the 7th General Assembly of the Coimbra Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB), this workshop was the second edition of a series of three. The first hosted by EUA in Brussels in January 2014,  focused on national and institutional internationalisation strategies in Europe and Brazil as well as the potential for enhanced synergies in European national cooperation towards important emerging countries in the HE sector, like Brazil. Quality Assessment Review Steering Group announced

HEFCE logoA Quality Assessment Review Steering Group has been established, consisting of representatives from the higher education sector including the National Union of Students [Note 1]. Professor Dame Shirley Pearce CBE [Note 2] has been asked to chair the group by the funding bodies of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland [Note 3].
The Steering Group will lead and shape the debate about how best quality assessment should be conducted in the future. It will oversee the mechanisms to gather a wide range of perspectives and the fora to ensure that these are heard, discussed, and considered carefully. The Group will gather intelligence on the operation of quality assessment in other international systems and in other sectors within the UK. Quality and 'Non-Institutional' Higher Education

L'UDA, premier établissement en France à recevoir une certificat ISO 9001

Dans le cadre d’une démarche qualité progressive, participative, méthodique et planifiée, l’Université d’Auvergne est le premier établissement en France à obtenir la certification ISO 9001 concernant les enquêtes de son Observatoire, portant sur le devenir des diplômés de l’Université. La certification ISO 9001 est la garantie de la traçabilité, de la méthodologie, de la qualité des enquêtes réalisées et de la transparence des résultats obtenus. Cette certification permet à l’UDA d’attester de la compétence et de la maîtrise des processus de son Observatoire et de consolider la reconnaissance externe de celui-ci, notamment vis-à-vis des étudiants, des lycéens, des parents, de la communauté universitaire et du milieu socio-professionnel.
