Around 500 people, including senior civil servants, higher education administrators, academics and practitioners, will attend the conference, which takes place in Singapore on 14 and 15 October. Study: Foreign universities show little interest in U.S. expansion

U.S. Community Colleges Increase International Enrollment
According to the Institute for International Education (IIE) Open Doors Report, almost 9% of international students in the U.S. were enrolled at associate-degree granting institutions last year, with students coming mostly from China, South Korea, Vietnam, Japan, and Mexico. Universities unite to lure elite Indian students
