Sur le blog Educpros de François Fourcade. Je reviens d’une visite de la célèbre usine de construction automobile du groupe japonais Toyota. Ayant quitté il y a une décennie l’industrie automobile après y avoir œuvré durant 15 années j’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à redécouvrir ce milieu.
Maintenant que mon regard d’éducateur est plus aiguisé, j’ai été surpris par une difficulté à laquelle tout l’encadrement de l’usine Toyota est confrontée. Cette difficulté qui concerne toutes les entreprises dans lesquelles je peux intervenir, que ce soit dans le domaine de l’énergie, des transports terrestre et aériens, m’intéresse d’autant plus qu’elle trouve son origine dans l’éducation : comment faire pour que les collaborateurs acceptent de dire leurs problèmes, voire d’avouer leurs erreurs.
