Le marché du travail est en constante évolution, demandant toujours plus de nouvelles compétences (numériques, entrepreneurship, langues) et une plus grande flexibilité des travailleurs. Ces compétences et capacités sont des pré-requis pour entrer sur ce marché. Dans plusieurs pays européens, le pourcentage de participation dans l'éducation vocationnelle et technique (efVET) est significatif mais possède un potentiel plus large. Des différences sont notables au sein de l'Europe, posant naturellement la question du "Pourquoi une telle différence?". Cette question sera centrale à la conférence annuelle et internationale EfVET qui se tiendra en 2015 à Paphos, à Chypre, dans l'hôtel Azia du 21 au 24 Octobre 2015. Voir l'article...
