Universities UK has welcomed the results of the latest National Student Survey (NSS) which show that student satisfaction remains high across universities in the UK. 
The NSS is an annual survey of final-year undergraduates studying for higher education qualifications at higher education institutions. Around 312,000 final-year students responded to the survey – from universities across the UK – 10,000 more than last year. 86 per cent of respondents said they were satisfied overall with their course. The Universities UK analysis – looking at the latest data for the year 2014-15 – showed that UK universities attracted more than £836 million in research grants and contracts from EU sources.
