Action de professionalisation : sensibilisation à la problématique de l’insertion des Travailleurs Handicapés

cariforefLa loi de 2005 fait obligation de permettre l'accès des publics handicapés aux dispositifs de droit commun. Or, en matière d'insertion et de formation professionnelle, peu de travailleurs handicapés en Guadeloupe accèdent aux dispositifs régionaux de formation existants. Les facteurs conduisant à cette situation sont connus, et sont liés notamment à la réticence des organismes de formation à accueillir des personnes en situation de handicap : représentations du handicap erronées, crainte de ne pas savoir prendre en charge ce public spécifique ...
Afin de remédier à ce constat, une convention a été signée par la Région Guadeloupe et l'Agefiph Antilles-Guyane, le 20 septembre 2013 pour une durée de deux ans. Par cette convention, les deux partenaires s’engagent à :
• Développer l’accès à la qualification dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle continue ;
• Développer l’accessibilité des formations ;
• Anticiper l’insertion dans l’emploi avant la sortie de la formation ;
• Accroitre l’accès à l’apprentissage des personnes handicapées.
Conformément aux engagements pris, et suite au succès des 3 premières sessions de septembre 2014, des 2 sessions d'avril 2015, le CARIF-OREF guadeloupe et l’AGEFIPH s’associent afin de proposer aux acteurs concernés trois jours de professionnalisation en continue :

Aberdeen University becomes first UK higher education institution to open a campus in South Korea

Universities in hot seat over use of reserve funds

Students across Korea are preparing to sue over the excessive reserve funds they say their universities have accumulated. Acting on the assumption that colleges are continuing to set aside fees from tuitions in reserve funds rather than using them to improve the quality of education, students are demanding their money be returned.
Reserve funds are designated for purposes such as investing in research, constructing university buildings and funding scholarships. In the past, tuition money was frequently set aside for such reasons, but the Ministry of Education passed new standards in 2013, banning such practices. See more...

Finnish universities support intention to charge tuition fee

Requirements reduced for academic institutions to become universities
