Des recrutements plus nombreux en CDD qu’en CDI
En 2012, 361 700 travailleurs handicapés ont été employés dans les 100 300 établissements assujettis à l’obligation d’emploi de travailleurs handicapés (OETH). Ces salariés représentent 3,1 % des effectifs de l’ensemble des établissements assujettis, soit 276 400 équivalent-temps plein sur l’année. En 2011, les travailleurs handicapés étaient plus nombreux (367 400) malgré une part dans l’effectif de l’ensemble des établissements assujettis légèrement inférieure (3,0 %).
En 2012, 38 400 nouveaux bénéficiaires ont été embauchés au sein des établissements assujettis (contre 41 700 en 2011). Contrairement aux années précédentes, ces nouveaux bénéficiaires ont été recrutés plus souvent en CDD (36 %) qu’en CDI (32 %). Les petits établissements sont les seuls à recruter plus fréquemment les nouveaux bénéficiaires en CDI (41 % de nouveaux recrutements en CDI contre 38 % en CDD).
