L’actualité de la formation professionnelle continue est riche : une ouverture toute récente aux artistes auteurs, une réforme nationale en cours, de nombreux dispositifs qui se complètent, mais conservent pour les employeurs les chefs d’entreprise, les salariés, les artistes auteurs, les demandeurs d’emploi… leur caractère d’apparence complexe.
L’accès à la formation demeure une priorité, une nécessité sociale, humaine, professionnelle et économique. Elle participe à la professionnalisation, à l’employabilité, au développement des compétences, à la sécurisation des parcours et des entreprises et à l’évolution constante des métiers de la culture.
Ce Zoom propose de présenter les différents dispositifs existants et l’actualité des financements.
Cette rencontre sera également l’occasion de faire le point sur les différents aides à l’emploi au service des entreprises et de l’emploi culturel.

La Délégation de l'Assemblée nationale aux droits des femmes et à l'égalité des chances entre les hommes et les femmes a remis un rapport d'information sur le projet de loi relatif à la formation professionnelle, à l'emploi et à la démocratie sociale. Il a été déposé à l'Assemblée nationale, le 29 janvier dernier, par la députée Ségolène Neuville. Il fait onze recommandations fondées sur trois orientations stratégiques : favoriser l'accès des femmes à la formation professionnelle continue, promouvoir la mixité des filières de formation et des métiers, développer la parité.
