Black Students Are Among the Least-Prepared for College, Report Says

« L'accompagnement vers la formation et l'emploi des adultes éloignés du marché du travail »
Vous pourrez toruver ci-dessous le lien du rapport de synthèse constitué par le Groupe n°2-3: «L'accompagnement vers la formation et l'emploi des adultes éloignésdu marché du travail »
Ce rapport met en avant deux expérimentations différentes:
- une étude des approches différenciées du processus d'accompagnement des adultes peu qualifiés entre les régions Bretagne, Ile de France et Ile de la Réunion.
- une analyse comparative des pratiques d'orientation et d'accompagnement entre Italie, Portugal et Irlande.
Trois pistes de réflexion ont guidé ce rapport:
- l'analyse des conditions d'un accompagnement réussi vers la formation et l'emploi des adultes les plus éloignés du marché du travail
- la volonté de professionnaliser les acteurs impliqués dans l'éducation et la formation des adultes
- la nécessité d'analyser les programmes d'insertion ou de réinsertion existants et destinés à des publics spécifiques dans le but de dresser des catégories de profil.
