Will Chinese Universities Go Global?

The African Union has merged its ministerial bodies on science and education with the aim of providing better advice to governments, it was announced last week.
The move has resulted in the dissolution of the African Ministerial Council on Science and Technology, and the creation of a new body, the Specialised Technical Committee on Education, Science and Technology (STC-EST).
