Cedefop - Projects - Study visits programme

Home More than 15 000 education and training specialists and decision-makers from 34 European countries benefited from learning and exchange between 2008 and 2014. Study visits was a programme, part of the EU lifelong learning programme, that provided grants to education and training professionals to go to other European countries and meet other professionals for a week of intensive learning. Cedefop coordinated study visits on behalf of the European Commission in cooperation with national agencies in the participating countries. More...

Home Cedefop looks into selected sectors of the economy to identify new and emerging skill needs. Sectoral workshops are organised regularly to discuss the current situation and the development potential of a particular sector focusing on future skill requirements. It includes activities such as careers information, advice, counselling, assessment of skills and mentoring. Cedefop’s lifelong guidance project develops research and knowledge exchange for the improvement of guidance and counselling across the European Union.
