This is an interesting article about future policy for European Higher Education, following the Bologna Process Ministerial Conference on May 14-15 in Yerevan, Armenia. (Sigh! Yes, you are right, Armenia is not yet part of the European Union, but it is a member of the Council of Europe, and, since 2005 has been part of the Bologna Process, which sets out pan-European strategy for higher education.)
This article gives a pretty good overview of what the Bologna Process has achieved to date, and also what it has not achieved, and also gives a good description of where European education ministers want to go in the future, in terms of pan-European policy. More...

Le campus européen d'été de l'Université de Poitiers se tiendra du 14 au 18 septembre 2015 sur le thème du numérique : le pouvoir de faire ensemble et autrement.
La journée du 16 septembre sera entièrement consacrée à un « Hackathon pédagogique », organisé par le réseau Canopé au Futuroscope, dont le but est de réaliser, en 12 heures, un ensemble composé d’un scénario pédagogique, de ressources numériques requises pour sa réalisation et d’un « trailer » de présentation.
Le thème du concours sera dévoilé le 16 septembre à 9 heures et pourra être traité quels que soient les choix de discipline ou de niveau de formation.

Pôle Emploi a lancé le 2 juillet 2015 Emploi Store, un outil pour les demandeurs d'emploi à l'ère du numérique. La plateforme regroupe 23 services développés en son sein et 80 autres réalisés par 55 partenaires. L'un des buts est d’offrir aux salariés autonomes les outils pour se débrouiller seul en ligne et d'aider davantage ceux qui ont besoin d’un conseiller. Quatre catégories de services sont proposées : se former, choisir un métier, préparer sa candidature et trouver un emploi. La partie pour les entreprises sera proposée dès 2016. L'Emploi Store est également ouvert aux développeurs qui souhaitent y développer de nouveaux services. Les données de l’opérateur public leur seront ouvertes.

Chaque année, ce sont environ 25 000 personnes – militaires et conjoints – qui font l'objet d’un suivi par l’agence de reconversion de la défense, dénommée "Défense Mobilité", dans le cadre de leur transition professionnelle. Pour Défense Mobilité, qui présente son bilan 2014, cette année aura été plutôt satisfaisante malgré le contexte de chômage. Le nombre de reclassements dans le privé (8891) baisse de 336 par rapport à 2013, soit une diminution de 3,6 %. Tandis que le reclassement dans les trois versants de la fonction publique a augmenté de 4,8 %. Le nombre d'anciens militaires bénéficiant de l'indemnité chômage est en hausse de 3,5 % sur un an (+871 indemnisés).
