Le recours au conseil en évolution professionnelle reste marginal à ce jour, mais 16% projettent de l’utiliser en 2017. 84% des salariés connaissaient le CPF et 46% avaient ouvert leur compte, 18% avaient demandé une formation par ce biais. Le fonctionnement du système dans son ensemble n’est cependant pas bien connu : 22% prendront contact avec l’OPCA.
