La Charte de la Diversité en entreprise a 10 ans !

Depuis 2014, la Charte de la Diversité française incite les entreprises à garantir la promotion et le respect de la diversité dans leurs effectifs.
10 ans après son lancement, la Charte a été signée par 3245 entreprises.
Le Ministère du Travail, de l’emploi, de la formation professionnelle et du dialogue social est un partenaire national et soutient la Charte de la Diversité en entreprise. Aussi, il entend lutter contre les discriminations et promouvoir la diversité au sein de l’entreprise.
« La diversité c’est une construction permanente, quotidienne, des conditions de l’égalité, pour permettre à chacun d’être fils ou fille de ses œuvres, de son travail, de son mérite, et non enchaîné à ses origines, son genre, son handicap ou sa différence », a déclaré le Ministre du Travail François REBSAMEN lors de cet événement, avant de conclure : « La diversité, l’hétérogénéité des parcours, des origines, des vécus, des expériences, renforce et nourrit l’entreprise  ». Although labour demand will continue to be weak in the coming years, Cedefop’s skill forecasts point to another challenge already visible in some countries: namely a falling labour supply and shortages as the population ages.
