Napa Valley College woos students from China

By Howard Yune. A delegation of Chinese educators traveled halfway around the world to tour Napa Valley College’s classes and facilities on Tuesday, with a possible eye toward steering some future students there.
The college played host to 26 principals from middle and high schools, who came from Gansu province in northwest China for a tour of Bay Area education in action. More...
