Wrong to choose foreign uni students over locals

By N K Khoo. I refer to a public statement from the Higher Education Department director-general Prof. Datuk Dr.Asma Ismail who said public universities would have no space for students if everyone were to be enrolled.
If this is so, why does a public university in Johor enjoy the luxury of allocating 40% of its intake to foreign students in the guise of achieving the status of world class university? More...
