Soutien aux démarches prospectives compétences des branches professionnelles

Dans le cadre du Plan d’investissement dans les compétences (PIC), l'Etat a lancé un appel à projets auprès des branches pour accompagner les démarches innovantes de GPEC des branches et/ou des filières afin d’identifier les besoins et d'accompagner ces évolutions. Ces démarches devront permettre d'outiller les entreprises, particulièrement les plus petites, pour développer la GPEC, de renforcer les approches par les compétences compte tenu des transformations des métiers, de faire évoluer l’offre de formation, de faciliter les recrutements et la GPEC. ABA Panel Seeks to End LSAT Requirement
