Higher Education Bill: Why people are angry

The bill, which is the baby of Universities minister Jo Johnson, will allow fees to increase in line with inflation, that’s just a part of what opponents object to. 7% rise in international students at German universities propelled by 'above-average growth' in Asian students

Record-breaking 424,000 students offered places in UK universities and colleges
