Sur le blog Gaïa Universitas. Le suivi de carrière des enseignants-chercheurs, c’est une histoire qui n’en finit plus. On se souvient qu’en 2009, il avait été instaurée une évaluation quadriennale des EC : « Chaque enseignant-chercheur établit, au moins tous les quatre ans, et à chaque fois qu’il est candidat à une promotion, un rapport mentionnant l’ensemble de ses activités et leurs évolutions éventuelles » (extrait du décret de 2009, article 6, lire ici). Ce décret a été modifié à la marge en 2014, pour porter la fréquence de ce rapport d’activité à 5 ans et reformaté en « suivi de carrière. Le rapport en question passe d’abord par l’établissement (composantes, conseil académique) puis est transmis au CNU (conseil national des universités). Le décret dit que « ce rapport sert de base à l’évaluation de l’enseignant-chercheur par la section dont il relève ». Voir l'article...
