EAEC ERASMUS+ Barometer 2014

EAECThe European Association of ERASMUS Coordinators (EAEC) has been contributing for years for the success of ERASMUS mobility programmes. We believe that the dynamics for the new programme under ERASMUS+ are even better with the International ERASMUS coming soon to play its own role as well.  We designed a survey, called ERASMUS+ Barometer, for collecting useful information from the main actors in the HE Institutions managing the ERASMUS programme. A support letter from the European Commission can be found on the survey site (click here to view the letter). The information will be collected on a yearly basis and analyzed in an approach of monitoring indicators of progress and success. The results will be officially announced every year during the ERASMUS Congress and Exhibition, known as ERACON Congress (next ERAACON 2015 in Porto, Portugal from 13-17 May , connect to www.eracon.info), and will be discussed in sessions during the congress. For the success of ERASMUS+ mobility actions it is very important to be able to have feedback from all stakeholders from the very beginning of the programme and during its development.
Each year the survey may include additional questions, following the need analysis and the results of the discussions during the ERACON Congress each year.

Joint programmes are a hallmark of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). They are set up to enhance the mobility of students and staff, to facilitate mutual learning and cooperation opportunities and to create programmes of excellence. They offer a genuine European learning experience to students. Joint degrees express the “jointness” also in the awarding of the degree.
