Engagé dans le programme « HOPE » pour 1 000 réfugiés aux côtés de l’Afpa, de Pôle emploi, du FPSPP, de l’OFII, de 6 autres OPCA et avec le soutien de trois Ministères (de l’intérieur, du travail et du logement), le FAF.TT a déjà accompagné et sécurisé les parcours d’emploi et de vie de 460 réfugiés depuis octobre 2017. 13 entreprises de travail temporaire, dont 8 ETTI (entreprises de travail temporaire d'insertion), ont participé au projet pour former les stagiaires à des métiers dans 3 secteurs en tension : le BTP, les services et l’industrie. Le parcours qui leur est proposé comporte des périodes de formation et de stage, une solution d’hébergement et un accompagnement social et citoyen.
