Recherche : accompagner les directeurs d’unité dans leur prise de fonction
Le 20 et 21 janvier dernier, la CPU et le CNRS ont organisé conjointement un séminaire destiné à tous les nouveaux directeurs d’unité mixte de recherche. Dans un contexte de forte évolution de l’organisation de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche, l’objectif était double : leur permettre d’appréhender au mieux ce contexte et favoriser leur prise de fonction.
« L’unité mixte de recherche est ce que nous devons promouvoir. J’entends par là la liaison intime entre l’enseignant-chercheur, le chercheur, les personnels et les doctorants afin de produire de la connaissance », a indiqué Jean-Loup Salzmann, président de la CPU en ouverture du séminaire.
