Selon le rapport sur l'égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes au sein de Quimper Bretagne Occidentale (QBO), entité regroupant la ville de Quimper, le CCAS et le CIAS du Steir et la Communauté de communes de Quimper, cette dernière emploie, au 31/12/17, 1 732 agents, dont 79 % sont titulaires et 63 % sont des femmes.

Inégalité salariale. L'OIT appelle à une mobilisation
Dans son apport 2018-2019 sur les salaires, l'Organisation Internationale du Travail (OIT) fait deux constats majeurs. Premier constat : la croissance mondiale des salaires n'a jamais été aussi faible depuis 10 ans, "bien en dessous des niveaux d'avant la crise financière mondiale" de 2008. Second constat : l'écart salarial entre les femmes et les hommes reste à un niveau "inacceptable" de 20 % à la défaveur des femmes.

Egalité professionnelle. Le rapport des collectivités locales finistériennes
Dans le cadre de son projet départemental, le Conseil départemental du Finistère met en œuvre une politique volontariste en faveur de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes. Sous son impulsion, un rapport commun sur la situation en matière d’égalité femmes-hommes a été co-construit avec 8 autres collectivités locales finistériennes.

According to this article, "students expect universities to be more accessible, flexible and focused on jobs, according to a new survey." This report will be reported without criticism (as it is in Campus Technology) but consider the source: "The "2014 Global Survey of Students" compiled responses from more than 20,800 students at 37 institutions in the Laureate network." I would imagine that if they surveyed 20K arts and humanities students at small liberal arts universities, the outcome would be rather different. More...
