Egalité professionnelle. 6 mesures pour le monde du cinéma

Toutes ces mesures doivent aider les femmes à évoluer professionnellement. Le monde du cinéma connaît un paradoxe : alors qu'elles sont majoritaires dans les écoles de cinéma et les formations, les femmes sont plus nombreuses que les hommes à quitter la profession faute de pouvoir en vivre.

Entrepreneuriat féminin. La France à la traîne en Europe

Selon une étude réalisée par le cabinet Occurrence et BNP Paribas, si la part des entreprises créées par des femmes est minoritaire, elle stagne aussi depuis 10 ans. Pourquoi ? Les futures entrepreneures doutent d'elles (16 %), ont un sentiment "d'imposture" et souhaitent prendre moins de risques que les hommes sur le plan financier.
